A Trainer in contrast of A Prostitute...

Turning up to my followers here with a recent incident which I realized in recent past, It was not that great while somehow it touched my nervous system  and started shooting up my Blood Pressure and was about to feel aloof and then randomly I realized what the hell I am trying to prove to the people who even has no sense of thinking and realizing the actual scene how could they become judgmental. In this world everyone is living and spending his life in a fictitious state of mind, god knows even-though why the Fuck I am even writing about it. Let's focus on the actual incident...

Couple of days back, On Monday, I was sitting in a barber salon, I asked the barber to clean my beard as it just started rising a little bit. Barber started foaming on my beard and all of the sudden I just started gazing in my eyes and then I just started thinking why the hell I am cleaning my beard to which I love the most as my hair after entering in NCR has started leaving my association, I was the in process of thinking and inculcating my thought in practice suddenly that guy asked me, Sir, "What do you do?" I said I am a trainer by Profession then he asked where and what do you train, I said, "I am an NLP Practitioner by choice and Organizational Development trainer by Profession". Then the most astonishing question he asked sir, how could we came to know about a girl if she looks very pretty but unfortunately she is an emotional blackmailer. I started laughing like a Deaf and Dumb, It was like a person is seeking for some advises on Eye sight Improvement to a blind man. I just tried to know some symptoms of that girl, he started appreciating the beauty of that girl and lately he said SHE WAS A PROSTITUTE then suddenly I asked how can you say that she was a prostitute??? He said she was a prostitute because she used to expose here beauty and gestures, I just replied him she was not a prostitute and you don't deserve her actually and she did a tremendous job if she actually has ditched you.

I got up from the seat as in the meanwhile my beard was cleaned, I started walking in my Flat's direction and started thinking if this my call that beautiful angel as he showed me her picture.

I was thinking of that poor girl about who that dog was barking in-front of me, I just imagined myself in place of that girl and I thought she used to express/expose herself in-front of her similarly I showcase my skills in front of my trainees so can it be possible in the sight of my trainees that they might be thinking the same about me as well. I was about to faint for a while and then suddenly I realized It was the door my flat, I started putting off my shoes and socks and for a power-nap sat down on my bed and starting thinking what makes a big difference in my profile and a profile of a prostitutes, how can I defend myself in contrast of a Prostitute, we both work for our customers and Satisfaction of our customer is our desired goal while my Profile is always appreciated and her profile is just a curse for society. I to feed myself and similarity she is doing then what's a big difference between I and Her.

As per one of the documentaries of BBC, 73% girl are not in this business because of their choice they are in it just because of their basic necessities.

USING E-WALLET, PAYTM, OR SMART PHONE DOES NOT ALLOW US TO BLAME ANY INDIVIDUAL.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TRAINER: UNDER RENOVATION.

So, I am back to my old native place, blogspot.com, Sorry, Blogspot "EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TRAINER: UNDER RENOVATION", was going through the renovation process in life. It happenes sometime the person who Constructs Taj Mahal, may have to face the phase of renovation in his own life somthing similar was with me also.

Now I can strongly Pursuit it that I am back and have been renovated enough after the 5 years of process, It was not just me who was renovating me while ample number of supporting hands were there behind me, I am blessed to have such hands and the best part of this process is that Now I have learned how to identify people who carried two faces in his ife while, I am still not an expert of it but Strongly I can calculate the guts of One.

ज़िन्दगी जो कभी नहीं रूकती|

ये बात आज से कुछ ६ या ७ साल पत्नी बात है, जब मै भी एक आम से ख़ास ज़िन्दगी जीने की इच्छा करता था| ज़िन्दगी ज्यों ज्यों आगे बढ़ती गयी, नए लोग मिले नए चेहरा मिले, नए अनुभव मिले ने दोस्त मिले और नए दुश्मन मिले। ज़िन्दगी ख़ास तो नहीं बन पायी मगर शायद आम के स्तर से भी नीचे उतरती चली गयी। तभी हुआ कुछ ऐसा की एक दिन ज़िन्दगी में वो भूचाल आ गया जो शायद आज भी नहीं पता कि सही हुआ या गलत मगर ख़ुशी ये हैं की वो मिल गयी (दूर से ही सही) जिसे शायद मई भी कहीं न कही पहली नज़र में चाहने लग गया था, मोहब्बत परवान चढ़ने ही लगी थी कि एक आम आदमी की ज़िन्दगी में, फिलीपींस में आये तूफ़ान ने तवाही ला दी और वो आम आदमी धराशायी हो गया और आत्मा हत्या के रस्ते खोजने लग पड़ा| फिर मिला एक नया दोस्त "अमित", और शायद अब ज़िन्दगी ने फिर सांस लेने की इच्छा जताई है, सिद्धार्थ सर हमेशा कहते हैं कि निशीथ मैं और तू एक जैसे हैं जो चाहते हैं वो नहीं मिलता है और अब ऐसा लगने भी लगा की शायद वो जो बात मुझसे पिछले ४ सालों से बोल रहे थे वो सच है। मुझमे आज भी वो मिलावट नहीं है की किसी और को छह सकु या सोच सकु लेकिन ये ज़िन्दगी के तूफ़ान बहुत बड़े सबक सीखा देते है। ज़िन्दगी जस की तस तस ही आज भी मेरी, वो आज भी मुझसे दूर और मई उसके सपने देखकर ही खुश हूँ। ज़िन्दगी इक बार मुझसे दगा दे गयी, ये सच है यार वो मुझे फ़ना कर गयी। अमित और सिद्धार्थ, मुकेश और प्रशांत मै जनता हूँ कि आपको धन्यवाद बोलने की जरुरत ही नहीं है। <3 ग़ज़ल <3

Human Vs Humanity...

We consider that Human beings are the most beautiful creature of The GOD but now I feel it that The GOD is not aware about it's Current production/manufacturing. Everyone is being involved blaming each other on the basis of cast-ism but nobody is looking at the life. Last night I could not sleep well but who cares for me because I am a Mango man who is living to live earn and eat but the fuck our Representatives are doing... We talk of 20-20, but do you really think so that We are really moving on the path of developing nation... 1. Cast-ism, 2. Religion & Cast based marriages. 3. So called "HONOR Killings" 4. Games people.... Fuck... So many, Attacks, rapes, Killings and all...

Vigilance

Vigilance is not a stand-alone activity. It has to be seen as part of the overall risk management strategy of an organization wherein the structures, systems and processes are built in such a manner so as to prevent leakages which adversely affect productivity and profitability. A number of organizations both in public and private sector are re-engineering their processes by leveraging information technology. It will be in the organizational interest that when they are reorganizing business processes they should identify the likely risks like fraud, corruption, other malpractices and build in the required risk management tools in the new processes. Recently a write-up has appeared in the Economic Times under the heading “Fuel for e-commerce at HPCL”. This article explains how HPCL has networked all its petrol pumps in and around Mumbai for the purposes of inventory control and supply chain management. The same process also indirectly helps in curbing adultration and under measurement. These malpractices are in turn connected with corruption. The system automatically detects any tampering with the fuel dispensers. It enables the company to monitor every outlet. Similarly providing global positioning system on the tankers for transporting fuel, the management can detect diversion of tankers to dubious destinations. This technology while providing solution for efficient supply chain management also helps in risk management thus strengthening the internal vigilance. There is need to integrate vigilance activity as a part of overall risk management strategy which in turn has to be integrated in the main stream operations of organizations. The Central Vigilance Commission has been wrestling with the idea of identifying areas where generic solutions to the problems of vigilance administration can be applied across wide spectrum of government organizations. A number of areas have been identified where use of information technology can bring efficiency, economy as well as transparency thus curbing corruption. Some of these ideas are as follows:- E-Procurement It has been the experience of a large number of organizations worldwide both in public and private sectors that e-procurement can bring in economy and efficiency in the procurement of goods, works and services. Apart from these benefits, the process also brings in greater transparency, thus reducing opportunities for corruption. Some of the State Governments like Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka as well as some Public Sector Undertakings like SAIL are already making use of e-procurement systems. The Central Vigilance Commission has issued a directive that all Govt. organizations over which the Commission has jurisdiction should publish their tenders and complete bid documents along with the application forms on the website. This is the first step towards e-procurement and would help in curbing mal-practices prevailing in various Govt. organizations where competition is sought to be restricted. E-Payment Another directive of the Central Vigilance Commission regarding levarging technology pertains to introducing e-payment. Here again, the intention is to bring economy and efficiency, while at the same time, reducing corruption. The banking industry in the last one decade has made rapid technological advances in India. The directive of the Central Vigilance Commission for introducing e-payment is to levarge these technological advances in banking sector for the benefit of rest of the governmental set up. This system will help in significantly reducing transaction costs involved in making payments by way of cheques and sending the payment through couriers. It will also curb corruption which accompanies handing over cheques to contractors, suppliers and others like persons receiving refunds from income tax and other departments. Apart from the above mentioned two specific directives which the Central Vigilance Commission has already issued there are very many other areas where technology can be leveraged simultaneously for efficiency, economy and corruption control. The key idea being that risk management tools are made integral part of the main business processes. For example, there are frequent cases of frauds in availing various employee benefits like medical expenses, LTC, TA/DA etc. The accounting softwares can be built in such a manner that the computer system generates ‘exception report’ and gives alerts wherever there are significant deviations from certain benchmarks and norms. Similarly, the same accounting software system can make inter unit/inter location comparisons of expenditure on these items. Similarly, softwares can be developed with regard to procurement with in built features for making inter unit/inter office comparisons of rates and consumption patterns. Extensive use of website can be made both as a tool for communication with the stake holders as well as for curbing corruption. Right to information and transparency are the biggest tools for fighting corruption and website as a tool for such communication can have very extensive application across the entire spectrum of Govt. activity. Contractors and suppliers can know where their bills are held up, applicants for passport can know where their passport application is held up or whether police is taking abnormally long time in issuing NOC, beneficiaries of public distribution system can know whether wheat, rice and sugar is being diverted by the ration shop owner. Municipal corporations and other civic agencies can get feedback from public whether repairs to roads or drainage pipes is actually being carried out or only fake bills are being prepared without actually undertaking the works. Some Govt. organizations have already taken initiatives in this direction but the complete potential of website/portal as a tool for fighting corruption is yet to be made. In addition to generic issues pointed out above, there can be a large number of organisation specific solutions where risk management tools can be integrated in the business processes. Customs & Central Excise, Income Tax, Employee Provident Fund Organisation and certain other organizations are learnt to have already undertaken such exercises in their computerization projects and business process re-engineering efforts. The aim is to gradually integrate preventive vigilance in the business processes and reduce our dependence on a complaint driven vigilance administration which is the present scenario.

MEMORIES WHICH SUCK YOUR BLOOD WITHOUT STRAW...!

This is a story about two persons, who were very fast friends that when they were in Ramky Infrastructure Limited, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
That person shared this story to me...! His mental condition was not very much fine...! I asked him to go for a new start in life...! The story, which I would like to share here on my wall (Blog), that is like this;
Once on 8/05/2010, they were sitting at the ninth floor of Ramky towers because they went to meet up Mr. Subhani, Sr. facility officer at that project.
Immediately that person told that after one-year our lives would not as similar as today. It may that after one year we will not be in the condition to talk in a week… However, immediately that girl replied that it is not possible, I will not to stop you talking to you in any case because you are someone special for me. That person was smiling to listen these words but by knowing the reality of life and time, he was not happy. But sometimes, cheating yourself is good but not all the times.

Now a days, they have been separated. The guy said that he has been trapped but girl is just blaming that guy for the separation...
That guy is living very close to my life...

Frankly speaking I'm enjoying my work in a full fledged manner, or
I can say in the words of Mr. P. S. Jain.... I'm getting good amount of eye-tonic daily in PARUL institute's campus.
Girls are really good but now my hands are bound with some morale and social responsibility.
Leave all these non-sense...
The great change which I'm feeling now within myself that now I'm awaking at 4:30 AM... So sad... But at the end of the day, I am really happy to get the profile of my choice.
